At Pawsome Costumes, our goal is for you and your furry friend to be delighted with your purchase. Should your order not meet expectations, here is how we handle returns.
30-Day Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, products must remain in their original condition, unused, with all tags intact, and in the original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product entirely, please reach out to us within 30 days. Provide your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a full refund or a replacement, covering all shipping costs ourselves.
Change of Mind
If you simply changed your mind, you can return items within 30 days for a refund, provided they are in brand-new condition. Please note that customers are responsible for covering return shipping fees.
Processing Refunds
After your return is received and verified, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
